#3 Cattywampus Catamaran Cruises 

Located on Marler Ave on Okaloosa Island, Cattywampus Catamaran Cruises boasts a low-riding, double-hulled boat that can carry up to 43 people into the Gulf of Mexico on eco-cruises.
