The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show exhibits nearly $4 billion in yachts and nautical merchandise annually. Each showcase features a different focus. Each year, the extravaganza draws well over 1,000 exhibitors including some of the world’s most acclaimed yacht builders.

This world-class event has a huge impact on the state of Florida. For example, in 2021 the show brough in $1.79 billion dollars throughout the state and $85.8 million in state and local taxes. Those tax figures include $24.5 million for Broward County alone.

Proof of the Pudding is partnering with the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show to offer more culinary delights than you could possibly consume in a weekend. Corporate Executive Chef Vagn Nielsen is bringing over 20 years of gourmet cooking experience to the proverbial table. 

You’ll surely find anything and everything you crave from Greek gyros to authentic street tacos and hand-crafted burgers, to wood fired Brazilian beef. Of course, who comes to Florida if not for the seafood? Worry not! There will be fresh stone crab claws, calamari, oysters, and much more at the show to look forward to.
