Over Labor Day weekend, Jacksonville, Florida launches its Jacksonville Taco & Tequila Fest in the downtown area. Locals and visitors will see the downtown area transform into what will purportedly be “an experience unlike anything the city has ever seen.”
On this day attendees will enjoy some mouth-watering tacos, as well as Mexican street food from over 40 restaurants, food trucks, and culinary teams from throughout Jacksonville. They’ll also be a series of nationally recognized musicians and performers that will be putting their shows on throughout the weekend. What’s in a Jacksonville Taco & Tequila Fest?
This year at the Jacksonville Taco & Tequila Fest you can expect several immersive entertainment, taco, and art zones. On Daily’s Main Stage there will be several internationally acclaimed musicians with tented seating areas as well as shade zones along the riverwalk.
There will be free water and mist zones available for festival guests, sponsored by Radifi Credit Union. There will also be an enhanced Tequila & Craft Margarita experience, a Football Tailgate Village, a waterfront Artisan Market, muralists, salsa and dance classes, games and more.

There will be a Sampling Experience that will include an exclusive sampling of over 100 tequilas. There will also representation from over 40 distillers and craft tequila makers. All this goes down in a two story, private lounge with air-conditioned restrooms and features limited edition crystal sampling glasses, and more.
New Location & Entertainment
The 2023 Jacksonville Taco & Tequila Festival will go down at the waterfront Metropolitan Park in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Expect a layout featuring numerous entertainment and taco zones. The Dailys Main Stage will feature some internationally acclaimed musicians. There will also be tented seated areas and shade zones along the riverwalk.
New at the Golden Agave Club
New this year at the Golden Agave Club will be:
- The Gran Centenario Lounge: Private, air conditioned speakeasy with private bar and live entertainment
- The Daily’s Deck: A raised, observation deck with stage side cabanas, hospitality, and more.
- All day access to the Grand Sampling Experience featuring premium tequila samplings plus an additional private, two story lounge
- Exclusive spirit offerings, eats from iguana on park, VIP skip the line entry into the festival, complimentary draft beer, engraved, commemorative, Glencairn crystal sampling glass, and more. *Tickets are limited
Taco Disco Experience
This new experience will include Jacksonville’s Largest Silent Disco. It will feature 1,500 headphones, dueling DJs and an immersive light and art show. It’ll take place under a sprawling shaded tent on the waterfront.
The DJs will duel from across the field from each other and there will be a two story DJ Bar. They will offer various craft mezcal tequila drinks from 400 Conejos. Over the two days of the festival, you’ll get a chance to see over 30 local musicians, DJs, and performers.
Art on the River
Over the course of the festival guests will get to see and connect with artists and creators as they bring their works to life. This year the festival is reportedly partnering with the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville. It’ll showcase more than 20 local and internationally acclaimed artists.
Football & Tailgate Zone
The Football & Tailgate Zone is a sprawling shaded area with TV’s and video boards featuring all the festival’s action. There will be a cornhole and game area with seating. There will also be Thrive IV Infusions located in a chill zone area.

This year’s Jacksonville Taco & Tequila Fest line up will see performances by Big Boi from OutKast!, Ben Lewis, Iration, BALLYHOO!, THE MAIN SQUEEZE, The Hulagans, Easy Honey, Rohna, Night Tales, The Ries Brothers, Cas Haley, weareloveculture, and more.
